Is That A Bluetooth Stuck In Your Ear?

Get off your cell phone

Are you talking to me?

I Thought You Came In To Talk To Me, Not Your Bluetooth

This has nothing to do with Maxwell Smart. It’s about you. The annoying cell phone user with the bluetooth stuck in your ear.

Just about everywhere you look, someone is talking on their cell phone or texting.

I think they should do a remake of the movie, “Invasion of the Body Snatchers” where the story depicts an extraterrestrial invasion in a small Californian town.

The invaders replace human beings with duplicates which appear identical on the surface but are devoid of any emotion or individuality.

The new title could be called “Invasion of the Bluetooth Snatchers”.

The extraterrestrials would invade the bluetooth users and program them to lose all common courtesy. They would be void of the world in which they live. (oh, they are already void of common courtesy)

I’m not against having a cell phone nor Bluetooth Headsets, quite frankly I think it is a great tool to have.

Note that a tool is something that assists you in doing a job. Just be cause you are a carpenter and have a hammer doesn’t mean you are banging on nails every moment of the day.

It helps you do a job. It’s a tool.

I think many cell phone users must think the bluetooth is an extension of their bodies that they can’t live without. Not like an appendix that if you remove you still live.

So is your cell phone controlling you?

Here are 5 reasons to tell if your cell phone Is controlling you.

Number 5. You have an empty feeling in the pit of your stomach if it is not with you.

Number 4. You have a loan out just to cover all the aps you download.

Number 3. There is a different ring tone for every person in your address book.

Number 2. You never turn it off in meetings. When it rings you answer it annoying everybody in the room.

Number 1. When you come to do business with me while talking to someone else on your cell phone. Now that annoys me.

Bonus. It rings while you and I are conducting business and you ignore me to answer your cell phone and carry on a conversation with whomever called rather than completing our transaction which YOU came in for in the first place.

If you want to do business with me, or anyone else, have enough common courtesy to leave your cell phone in the car. At the least if it does ring, mute it right away, ignore the phone and lets complete our business.

You won’t fall over dead.

If you remember, you do have caller ID and voice mail on your cell phone making it easy to return their call later.
